Fronx Car 2025: The Indian market is currently witnessing intense competition among car manufacturers. In light of this competition, Maruti has launched its newly updated Fronx Car 2025, which is attracting considerable attention. If you’re looking for a powerful and mileage-friendly vehicle within your budget that’s also ideal for family use, this could be a good choice.

The Fronx Car 2025 is built on a new and modern design platform, offering a significantly more premium look than before. The front grille has been widened, making it even more attractive. The car features a sporty bumper, LED headlamps, a DRL setup, and newly designed 16-inch alloy wheels, making it an attractive choice for young customers. At the rear, LED connected taillamps and an aerodynamic body shape further enhance its stylish appearance, giving it a commanding road presence.

Fronx Car 2025

The Fronx Car 2025 comes equipped with smart features like an advanced touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a digital instrument cluster, cruise control, keyless entry, and a push-button start. Features like Bluetooth connectivity, auto climate control, a rear camera, USB charging ports, and powered ORVMs make it a class leader in its segment. Safety features include dual airbags, ABS with EBD, hill hold assist, brake assist, ISOFIX child seat anchors, and a high-strength body structure, ensuring it meets safety standards.

Attractive and Bold Exterior

The 2025 Fronx is love at first sight. The new grille, which is now wider and chrome-free, redesigned headlamps with LED DRLs, muscular bumpers, and 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels all combine to give it a premium SUV-like appearance. From the side, the coupe-style roofline and blacked-out B and C pillars give it a sporty look. At the rear, new connected LED taillamps and a new bumper make it more modern.

The color options have also become more impressive – new Lucent Orange, Arctic White with a black roof, Nexa Blue, Splendid Silver, and most importantly – a new Blazing Red that shines even at night. Overall, the Fronx now competes with the Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, and Mahindra XUV3XO from an exterior perspective.

Engine and Transmission

The Fronx Car 2025 is powered by a high-performance 1.2-liter K-Series CNG-powered engine, which delivers stable and fuel-efficient performance. It produces 90 PS of power at 6,000 rpm and 113 Nm of torque at 4,300 rpm. In CNG mode, the engine offers smooth performance. It is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission, which makes gear shifting effortless and seamless.

Suspension and Brakes

Keeping Indian roads in mind, the company has designed the Fronx Car 2025 with a smooth suspension system. It features MacPherson Strut suspension at the front and Torsion Beam suspension at the rear, providing excellent stability on both rough and paved roads. As for its braking system, it features a Discovery Brake system at the front and rear, which includes ABS and EBD support. All these features together make this car a reliable choice in terms of safety and control.

Pricing and Finance Plans

Now, let’s talk about the price of the Fronx Car 2025. The company launched it in the Indian market at a price of ₹6 lakh. However, if you’re considering purchasing it with financing, you can bring it home with a down payment of just ₹1 lakh. After that, financing is available for three years at a 9.5% interest rate, with a monthly EMI of approximately ₹9,300.

How’s the Fronx in real life?

The car is very agile in the city. The suspension is soft and absorbs potholes well. The turbo engine is a delight on the highway – overtaking becomes a breeze. There’s very little wind noise in the cabin. Fuel efficiency is also comfortable at 17-19 kmpl (petrol) and 24-26 km/kg (CNG) in real-world conditions.
There are some drawbacks – the rear windows don’t roll down completely, there’s no third row (joke!), and the turbo does experience a bit of turbo lag at lower rpm. But these drawbacks can be overlooked when the price and features balance is so excellent.
